These terms apply when you use YaadBinge to plan a day, send a booking request, or contact us about an experience in Jamaica. Please read them before sending a request.

YaadBinge is operated by Ignite Group, based in Jamaica. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Ignite Group trading as YaadBinge. "You" means the person using the site or sending a request, including anyone you send a request on behalf of.

YaadBinge helps you plan a day in Jamaica by stacking pre-arranged blocks of experiences into a timed itinerary, and helps you ask independent local operators to run that day for you. A block is a fixed run of three to five stops, already sequenced, with travel time built in between them.
Timings shown are estimates based on typical time on site and typical travel times. Traffic, weather, sea and river conditions, queues at a venue and operator availability all affect how a real day runs.
We arrange. We do not operate. The attractions, tours, transport, food and activities in a YaadBinge day are supplied by independent third party operators, venues and drivers. They are not our employees, and we do not own, control or run their vehicles, sites or equipment.
We act as an intermediary between you and those suppliers. When a day is confirmed, your contract for each activity is with the supplier of that activity, on that supplier's own terms, and subject to that supplier's own licensing, insurance and safety arrangements.
We select suppliers with care and we coordinate the handovers between them, including telling the next operator that your party is on the way. We do not, and cannot, guarantee the acts or omissions of a third party supplier.
Where a supplier asks you to sign their own waiver, follow their own safety briefing, or meet their own conditions of entry or carriage, those requirements apply to you directly.
Sending a request through YaadBinge does not create a booking. A request is an enquiry. It tells us the day you want, the size of your party, and how to reach you.
A day is booked only when we confirm it to you directly and say that it is confirmed. Until then no place is held for you and availability is not guaranteed.
We may decline a request, or be unable to fulfil it, for reasons including supplier availability, party size, the date requested, or where we do not believe the itinerary can be run safely or on time.
YaadBinge does not take payment through this website. We do not collect, process or store card numbers, bank details or any other payment information. If any page or message appears to ask you for payment details on our site, it is not from us. Please report it to us immediately.
Where a day is confirmed, payment arrangements are agreed with you directly and, in most cases, settled with the operator. Any prices shown on this site are indicative and may change until a day is confirmed in writing.
An itinerary is a plan, not a promise about the order of the world. We may change a stop, reorder a day, substitute a comparable experience, shorten a day, or cancel it, where that is necessary because of weather, sea or river conditions, road or site closures, supplier availability, safety concerns, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Where we make a significant change we will tell you as soon as we reasonably can, and offer a comparable alternative or the option to cancel.
Tell us as early as you can. Party size, timings and stops can often be adjusted before a day is confirmed, and sometimes after. Some suppliers set their own deadlines and charges for changes and cancellations, and where they do, those apply.
A day runs on a clock and several operators hold time for you. If your party is not at the pickup point at the agreed time and we cannot reach you, the day may be shortened or treated as cancelled, and supplier charges may still apply.
Some experiences carry real physical risk. Climbing waterfalls, entering rivers and the sea, cliff and rope jumping, boat trips and hiking involve moving water, wet rock, height, current and changing weather. People are injured doing these things.
You take part in every activity at your own risk, and you are responsible for judging whether an activity is suitable for you and for everyone in your party.
An operator or guide may refuse participation on safety grounds, and we support that decision. We strongly recommend that you hold travel insurance covering medical treatment, repatriation, and the activities you intend to do.
Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the whole day, and that adult is responsible for their supervision, conduct and safety throughout.
Some experiences carry minimum ages, minimum heights or other restrictions set by the operator. Tell us the ages in your party when you send a request, so we do not plan a day a child cannot join.
You must be at least 18 to send a booking request.
Treat operators, guides, drivers, staff, other guests and the places you visit with respect. Please arrive on time: a late start moves every stop behind it, and affects other groups sharing the same venues.
We or any operator may end a day, without refund, where behaviour is unsafe, abusive, discriminatory or illegal, or is likely to cause damage or serious disruption. You are responsible for loss or damage you cause to a vehicle, venue or equipment.
Respect the natural sites you visit. Take nothing from rivers, reefs or beaches, and leave nothing behind.
You may use this site to plan a day, browse experiences and contact us. You may not misuse it. In particular, do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, our systems, or our operator and crew portals; do not scrape, copy or republish our content or itineraries at scale; do not upload anything malicious; and do not use the site in a way that disrupts it for other people.
Parts of this site are still in development and are labelled as such. We may change, suspend or withdraw features.
Venue operators, drivers and trip coordinators are issued individual accounts to run the working day. If you hold one:

The YaadBinge name and logo, the site design, the written content, photography we own or license, the itineraries and blocks, and the way experiences are grouped, sequenced and presented, are owned by Ignite Group or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and other rights.
YaadBinge™ is claimed as a trademark of Ignite Group. The experience stacking method, the block structure and the operator handover model are proprietary to us.
You may view and print pages for your own personal, non commercial use, including an itinerary for a day you are planning. You may not otherwise copy, adapt, republish, sell or commercially exploit any part of the site without our written permission.
If you believe anything on this site infringes your rights, contact us and we will look into it promptly.
Some pages describe places associated with public figures, films, music or events. That material is editorial and historical. It does not imply that any person, estate, brand or rights holder endorses, sponsors, or is connected with YaadBinge.
Venue names, ratings, review counts and some photography come from third party sources, including Google Maps and Wikimedia Commons, and belong to their respective owners. We credit these where they appear. Ratings and opening information change, and we cannot guarantee that third party information is current.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under Jamaican law, including any rights you have under consumer protection legislation.
Subject to that, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of independent operators, venues, drivers or other third parties; for loss or damage arising from events outside our reasonable control, including weather, sea and river conditions, road closures, industrial action, illness and acts of government; for indirect or consequential loss; or for loss of enjoyment arising from a change we made on safety grounds.
Where we are liable, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid to us, if any, for the arrangement in question.
Information on this site is provided in good faith. Timings, durations and travel estimates are indicative and are not guaranteed.
How we handle personal information, and the rights you have over it under Jamaica's Data Protection Act, 2020, are set out in our Privacy Policy. Please read it alongside these terms.
When we arrange a day for you, we pass each operator and driver the details they need in order to run it. That is explained in the Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, and the courts of Jamaica have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site.
We may update these terms as the service develops. The version in force is the one published here, with its effective date shown at the top. Where a change is significant and affects a day we have already confirmed with you, we will tell you directly.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
If something goes wrong, tell us as soon as you can, ideally on the day, so we have a chance to put it right while you are still with us. Email hello@yaadbinge.com.
